Panobinostat為一種可口服使用的histone deacetylase inhibitor。2015年2月獲得FDA加速批准(accelerated approval)合併使用bortezomib和dexamethasone用於治療復發型(relapsed)或頑固型(refractory)多發性骨髓瘤(multiple myeloma, R/R MM)。因廠商無法完成FDA加速批准後所被要求的臨床試驗用於持續評估該藥的臨床效益，FDA於2021年12月撤銷該藥治療核准，panobinostat目前已退出美國市場。
